  • If you live remotely, speak with your loved one on the phone and encourage them to walk around the house or go on walk outside as you speak with them.
  • Teach them how to use apps or videos on YouTube to instruct their workouts safely.
  • Do a workout challenge with them where each of you commits to a minimum of physical activity.
  • Research how much exercise they should be getting and help them put together a plan based on their health and age.
